Modifícase el artículo 477 del Estatuto Tributario, el cual queda así:
Artículo 477. Bienes que se encuentran exentos del impuesto . Están exentos del impuesto sobre las ventas los siguientes bienes:
Alcohol carburante, con destino a la mezcla con gasolina para los vehículos automotores".
