Modifícase El Parágrafo Primero Del Artículo 4° Del Decreto 4637 De 2008 Modificado Por El Artículo 8° Del Decreto 3297 De 2009, El Cual Quedará Así: " Parágrafo 1°

Decreto 1540 de 2010 · por el cual se modifican los artículos 2° y 3° del Decreto 3297 de 2009 y el artículo 4° del Decreto 4637 de 2008 modificado por el artículo 8° del Decreto 3297 de 2009.

Parágrafo 1

del artículo 4° del Decreto 4637 de 2008 modificado por el artículo 8° del Decreto 3297 de 2009, el cual quedará así: "

Parágrafo 1

En el evento en que ninguna entidad pública haya requerido la transferencia a título gratuito de los bienes inmuebles ofrecidos por la entidad propietaria dentro del plazo establecido en el presente artículo, dicha entidad deberá ofrecerlos en venta a Central de Inversiones S.A. (CISA) dentro de los treinta (30) días calendario siguientes, conforme a lo establecido por el artículo 24 del Decreto 4444 de 2008.".
