Artículo tercero . Previa a la autorización de los exámenes le que trata el presente Decreto, el aspirante deberá cancelar al Instituto Electrónico de Idiomas, la cantidad de dos mil pesos ($ 2.000.00) moneda corriente, de los cuales, quinientos pesos ($ 500.00), corresponderán al derecho de inscripción con destino al Fondo del Ministerio de Educación, de conformidad con el literal II) del Decreto 2371 de 1981 y un mil quinientos pesos ($ 1.500.00) moneda legal, para los jurados a título de honorarios.
