Como Inmediata Providencia El Ministerio De Obras Públicas, Para La Extracción, Remoción O Desguace De La Nave O Embarcación Averiada O Hundida, Notificará Al Propietario O A Su Representante, O Al Compañía Aseguradora Del Mismo, Según El Caso, De La Obligación En Que Está De Retirarla, Extraerla O Desguazarla Dentro Del Plazo Que Se Fije

º Como inmediata providencia el Ministerio de Obras Públicas, para la extracción, remoción o desguace de la nave o embarcación averiada o hundida, notificará al propietario o a su representante, o al compañía aseguradora del mismo, según el caso, de la obligación en que está de retirarla, extraerla o desguazarla dentro del plazo que se fije.

Parágrafo

Si transcurrido el plazo fijado, a que se refiere este artículo, no se hubiere dado cumplimiento a la orden impartida, el Ministro de Obras Públicas podrá imponer multas sucesivas de $ 500.00 a $ 5.000.00, hasta obtener su cumplimiento.
