ARTICULO 45. Prisión y arresto. Las penas de prisión y arresto consisten en la privación de la libertad personal y se cumplirán en los lugares y en la forma previstos por la ley. Estas penas podrán cumplirse en colonias agrícolas o similares, teniendo en cuenta la personalidad del condenado y la naturaleza del hecho.
