Aprópiase la cantidad de cien mil pesos ($ 100.000.00), para la próxima

vigencia, con los cuales se atenderá de preferencia a estudios, adquisición del terreno, proyectos y parte de la construcción. Autorízase al Gobierno Nacional para contratar las obras a que se refiere la presente Ley.
