El Gobierno Nacional y el Banco de la República procederán a la modificación del contrato de administración de los Títulos de Tesorería -TES-, para incorporar las disposiciones sobre inversión obligatoria dispuestas en este decreto, si a ello hubiere lugar, dentro de los quince (15) días siguientes a la fecha de promulgación del presente decreto.
