º. Vencido el término de seis (6) meses a que se refiere el artículo anterior, el Icfes dispondrá el registro del programa en el Sistema Nacional de Información de la Educación Superior.

Parágrafo

Cuando se adopte alguna de las medidas a que se refiere el artículo 4º del presente Decreto, el registro solo procederá una vez se garanticen las condiciones adecuadas para el funcionamiento del programa.
