Transcurridos Treinta (30) Días Hábiles Contados A Partir De La Fecha De La Publicación, Vence El Término Para Que Las Empresas O Sociedades Presuntamente Afectadas Presenten Sus Oposiciones Sustentadas Técnica Y/O Jurídicamente

ARTICULO 38. Transcurridos treinta (30) días hábiles contados a partir de la fecha de la publicación, vence el término para que las empresas o sociedades presuntamente afectadas presenten sus oposiciones sustentadas técnica y/o jurídicamente.

Parágrafo

Las oposiciones presentadas deberán acompañarse igualmente con la póliza de garantía de que habla el presente Decreto.
