Para obtener la licencia de funcionamiento las empresas de personas jurídicas deberán cumplir con los siguientes requisitos

Capital pagado de cien (100) salarios mínimos mensuales vigente.

Parque automotor de propiedad de la empresa: cinco (5) vehículos.

Capacidad transportadora de propiedad de la empresa y socios: 100% de la capacidad transportadora total.

Capacidad transportadora mínima: -Bogotá : 50 vehículos. -Medellín, Cali y Barranquilla: 30 vehículos. -Bucaramanga, Cartagena, Manizales, Pereira, Armenia, Cúcuta, e Ibaqué: 20 vehículos. -Santa Marta, Pasto, Neiva, Montería, Popayán, Villavicencio, Palmira, Buenaventura, Buga, Tuluá, Cartago, Girardot y Valledupar: 10 vehículos. -Los demás municipios: 5 vehículos.
