Art. 357. Cuando el denunciante pida que se reserve su nombre, es prohibido al funcionario a quien se le dé el denuncio revelarlo a persona alguna. Por consiguiente el funcionario que infrinjiere esta disposicion, será removido de su destino, i se le juzgará como cómplice de los defraudadores a la renta de Aduanas.
