Contra las decisiones definitivas que adopte la Junta Directiva del Instituto Nacional de Abastecimiento de Aguas y Fomento Eléctrico, en los casos de liquidación y distribución del impuesto de valorización a que se refieren los artículos 25 y 26 de la Ley 80 de 1946 , procede la acción de revisión de que trata el Título 4, Capítulo 23 de la Ley 167 de 1941 .
