Si se trata de comité ejecutivo, la vacancia podrá ser parcial o total. En caso de la vacancia de hasta dos cargos, el Instituto Colombiano de la Juventud y el Deporte Coldeportes, o las Juntas Administradoras Seccionales de Deportes ordenarán a los demás miembros que los reemplacen. Cuando se trate de la vacancia de tres o más cargos, el fiscal o en su defecto Coldeportes o las Juntas, según el caso, convocarán la asamblea para que se reúna dentro de los diez (10) días siguientes y elija los nuevos miembros.
