Decreto 300 de 1987 · por el cual se reglamentan parcialmente los literales e) y f) del artículo 1º y artículos 7º y 8º del Decreto-ley 126 de 1976.

El artículo 5º del Decreto 1930 de 1979 tendrá dos

Parágrafo

s, así:

Parágrafo 1

Por área urbana se entenderá la definida por el artículo 38 del Código de Régimen Municipal.

Parágrafo 2

En los asentamientos humanos cuyo territorio no encaje dentro de los conceptos de barrio, vereda o caserío, podrá autorizarse previamente la constitución de una Junta de Acción Comunal, cuando se considere conveniente para su adecuado desarrollo.
