Decreto 1491 de 1963 · Por el cual se reglamenta para el presente año el funcionamiento de los establecimientos de Bachillerato Nocturno

Artículo primero. Acéptanse los estudios de todas las asignaturas cursadas con anterioridad al año de 1962 en establecimientos nocturnos de bachillerato, reconocidos oficialmente, siempre que hayan sido cursadas y aprobadas con una intensidad no inferior a la señalada en los planes de Estudios correspondientes.

Parágrafo

Al hacer la revisión de los certificados de tales estudios no se tendrá en cuenta su correspondencia con el año escolar en que hayan sido cursadas las diferentes asignaturas.
