° La Oficina de Control de Cambios, Importaciones y Exportaciones podrá hacer extensiva la exención de la licencia previa y escrita a que se refiere el artículo 17 de la Ley 90 de 1948 a todas las mercancías a que se refiere el artículo 1° de este Decreto Comuníquese y publíquese.
