Articulo 2° Los pagarés anteriores serán firmados por el Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público, por el Contralor y el Tesorero General de la Republica, y su producto lo destinara el Instituto a la suscripción de acciones, en cuantía de $ 5.100.000.00 de la Sociedad Centrales Hidroeléctricas del Rio Anchicayá Limitada, y en cuantía de $2.040.000.00 de la Central Hidroeléctrica de Caldas Limitada.
