La alteración de facturas de compras, consistentes en hacer figurar víveres comunes y corrientes en lugar de licores y rancho, realmente adquiridos por los ecónomos, será considerada por el Ministerio, una vez comprobada la falta, como motivo de destitución inmediata. En igual sanción incurrirán los rectores y habilitados, si, a sabiendas, visaren o autorizaren tales cuentas.
