La designacion de hijos lejítimos, aun con la calificacion de nacidos de lejítimo matrimonio, se entenderá comprender a los lejitimados tanto en las leyes i decretos como en los actos testamentarios i en los contratos, salvo que se exceptúe señalada i espresamente a los lejitimados.
