La inspección de una farmacia se hará también cuando se solicite su apertura como establecimiento nuevo y por orden del correspondiente Director Departamental de Higiene, que debe autorizarla. La Comision podrá cobrar en caso de inspección anual por una vez, o por abrir una farmacia, la suma de $ 20.
