La tarifa de la Tasa Pro Deporte y Recreación establecida por las Asambleas Departamentales y Concejos Distritales y Municipales no puede exceder los dos puntos cinco por ciento (2.5%) del valor total del contrato determinado en el comprobante de egreso que se establezcan entre el ente territorial y las personas naturales y/o jurídicas, públicas o privadas.
