ARTICULO 45 . Oportunidad para la constitución de parte civil . La constitución de parte civil, como actor individual o popular, podrá intentarse en cualquier momento, a partir de la resolución de apertura de instrucción y hasta antes de que se profiera sentencia de segunda o única instancia.
