La admisión de mercancías en tránsito en el Puerto Libre de San Andrés y Providencia, se hará mediante la presentación del conocimiento de embarque, factura comercial juramentada y factura consular, sin que se requieran las (sic) registros, inscripciones y demás condiciones de que tratan los artículos 7° y 8° de este Decreto.
