Modifícase el artículo 323 del Decreto 2685 de 1999, el cual quedará así: “Artículo 323. Declaración de Equipaje y Títulos representativos de Dinero-Viajeros. Los viajeros deberán presentar ante la Aduana al momento de su salida del país, las mercancías de que trata el artículo anterior, acompañadas de la Declaración de Equipaje y Títulos representativos de Dinero- Viajeros, donde aparezcan identificadas las mercancías”.
