Créase una Fiscalía para el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Bogotá, con el mismo personal y asignaciones de los de igual categoría. Los gastos que demande la vigencia de esta Ley se considerarán incluidos en los respectivos presupuestos, y si por algún motivo se omitiere tal inclusión, el Gobierno quedara facultado para realizar las operaciones financieras necesarias a su estricto cumplimiento.
