El Poder Ejecutivo quedará investido de la facultad extraordinaria de gravar hasta con tres centavos ($ 0.03) mas los derechos de importación de la sal de procedencia extranjera, de estas facultades solo podrá hacer uso el poder ejecutivo hasta el veinte de julio de mil novecientos diez y nueve.
