Artículo tercero . Cuando la solicitud sea formulada por la Mesa Directiva de la Cámara a la cual pertenezca el Congresista, ésta deberá ser enviada al Consejo de Estado en pleno, dentro de los dos (2) días siguientes a la decisión adoptada por dicha Cámara, junto con toda la documentación correspondiente.
