º . Los expresidentes de la República, devengarán la pensión especial establecida en su favor en las Leyes 48 de 1962, 83 de 1968 y 53 de 1978. La pensión especial de los expresidentes tendrá una cuantía igual a la de la asignación mensual que por todo concepto corresponda a los Senadores y Representantes.
