Artículo único. La reducción señalada por el Decreto Ejecutivo número 653 del presente año en su artículo 7.°., sobre el consumo de tabaco, se hará efectiva en la siguiente forma, partiendo de la base de $0-10 que pagaba cada kilo gramo antes de la expedición de tal Decreto: De 1.º á 31 del presente Julio, cada kilogramo pagará $0-71/2; de 1.°. á 31 de Agosto cada kilogramo pagará $0-05, y de l.°. De Septiembre en adelante seguirá pagando cada kilogramo $0-021/2; Comuníquese y publíquese.
