Cuando hubiere denuncios contra funcionarios judiciales, del Ministerio Público, del Notariado o del Registro, y se estimaren fundados, se tomará la información del caso. Si de ella emanare temor fundado de que, en realidad, se hubiere cometido el delito o falta denunciado, se mandará acusar al. respectivo funcionario por conducto del Agente del Ministerio Público a quien corresponda.
