Modifícase El Parágrafo 1° Del Artículo 19 Del Decreto Número 3000 De 2011 El Cual Quedará Así: "artículo 19

Parágrafo 1

del artículo 19 del Decreto número 3000 de 2011 el cual quedará así: "Artículo 19. I nventario de procesos judiciales y reclamación del carácter laboral y contractual. (…).

Parágrafo 1

El archivo de procesos y de reclamaciones y sus soportes correspondientes, serán entregados al Ministerio de Minas y Energía debidamente inventariado con una técnica reconocida para tal fin, conjuntamente con una base de datos que permita la identificación adecuada y con estricta observancia de los criterios técnicos establecidos por el Archivo General de la Nación".
