Articulo 12 . El transporte de azúcar con destino a exportación sólo podrá realizarse por las empresas de servicios pú blicos que tengan constituida fianza para transportar este producto y que estén debidamente inscritas ante la D irección General de Aduanas. Igualmente podrá realizarse vehículos particulares cuando los dueños de estos también lo sean del cargamento y estén inscritos, ante la Dirección General de Aduanas. Los ingenios que tengan medios de transporte deberán inscribirlos ante la misma Dirección General de Aduanas.
