Artículo cuarto. Los artículos decomisados se venderán al precio que indique la Superintendencia de Regulación Económica, y el producto de su valor, deducidos los gastos de administración y expendio, se entregará semanalmente a su legítimo dueño, o se consignará a su orden en un establecimiento autorizado por la ley, si aquel se niega o no comparece a recibir.
