Articulo 90 . El Ministerio de Salud, los Servicios Seccionales de Salud y las entidades concedentes tendrán la facultad de ejercer el control sobre los concesionarios en todo lo referente a la ejecución de los contratos y en especial a las agencias, vendedores o colocadores, libros, registros y relaciones de ventas.
