ARTICULO 3 º . Jerarquía. La jerarquía de los oficiales, suboficiales y personal del nivel ejecutivo de la Policía Nacional, para efectos de mando, régimen disciplinario, justicia penal militar, lo mismo que para todos los derechos y obligaciones consagrados en este estatuto, comprende los siguientes grados
