El ayudante general del Comando de la Fuerza Aérea conoce en primera instancia, de los procesos penales militares contra suboficiales y soldados del cuartel general del Comando de la Fuerza Aérea y contra suboficiales y soldados de la misma Fuerza, cuyo conocimiento no esté atribuido a otro juez.
