En Las Capitales De Departamento, Intendencia O Comisaría Que Determine El Consejo Nacional De Ingenierías Eléctrica, Mecánica Y Profesiones Afines, Se Crearán Consejos Profesionales Seccionales De Ingenierías Eléctrica, Mecánica Y Profesiones Afines, Integrados Como Lo Establece El Artículo 19 De La Ley, Y Con Las Funciones Establecidas En El Artículo 21 De La Misma

En las capitales de departamento, Intendencia o comisaría que determine el Consejo Nacional de Ingenierías Eléctrica, Mecánica y Profesiones Afines, se crearán Consejos Profesionales Seccionales de Ingenierías Eléctrica, Mecánica y Profesiones Afines, integrados como lo establece el artículo 19 de la Ley, y con las funciones establecidas en el artículo 21 de la misma.

Parágrafo

El Consejo Nacional dará prioridad en la creación de los Consejos Seccionales a los de las ciudades de Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, Barranquilla, Bucaramanga e Ibagué. Su integración e instalación deberá hacerse dentro de los noventa (90) días hábiles siguientes a la fecha de publicación de este Decreto en el Diario Oficial.
