° A partir del 19 de octubre se suprimen los Almacenes de Telégrafos existentes en las ciudades de Bucaramanga, Manizales, Medellín y Pasto. En consecuencia los señores Almacenistas procederán a hacer entrega de las existencias, bajo riguroso inventario, al Jefe de la Oficina Telegráfica del respectivo lugar. .En esta diligencia intervendrán el Inspector de la zona y un representante de la primera autoridad política local, a quien se dirigirá el Jefe del Telégrafo solicitándole la oportuna designación de tal representante.
