ARTICULO 136 . Calidad de sujeto procesal . Se denomina imputado a quien se atribuya participación en el hecho punible. Este adquiere la calidad de sindicado y será sujeto procesal desde su vinculación mediante indagatoria o declaratoria de persona ausente.
