º Regulación de las operaciones de cambio. Las operaciones de cambio podrán regularse por el Gobierno Nacional. Para este efecto, únicamente podrá establecer controles o actuaciones administrativas con el objeto de verificar la naturaleza de la transacción y el cumplimiento de las regulaciones correspondientes.
