ARTICULO 2º. La Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, como mandataria de la Nación, está autorizada para prospectar y realizar las obras de irrigación, desecación y drenaje en los terrenos de que trata el artículo anterior y para administrar el sistema de regadío, con los recursos y según las modalidades de la Ley 103 de 1958 y de este Decreto.
