PERMISO DE INVERSION EN NAVES. La solicitud de inversión en naves destinadas al transporte marítimo internacional o de cabotaje no será tramitada hasta tanto el solicitante haya obtenido la asignación de la ruta o servicio respectivo, salvo que la presente simultáneamente con la solicitud de ruta o servicio o se indique a qué ruta o servicio ya adjudicado se destinarán.
