FACULTAD PARA ESTABLECER BENEFICIO DE AUDITORÍA. Con el fin de estimular el cumplimiento voluntario de las obligaciones tributarias, el Gobierno Nacional señalará, mediante reglamentos, las condiciones y porcentajes en virtud de los cuales se garantice a los contribuyentes que incrementen su tributación, que la investigación que da origen a la liquidación de revisión, proviene de una selección basada en programas de computador.
