ARTICULO 145. Interés ilícito en la celebración de contratos. El empleado oficial que se interese en provecho propio o de un tercero, en cualquier clase de contrato u operación en que deba intervenir por razón de su cargo o de sus funciones, incurrirá en prisión de (seis (6) meses a tres (3) años)*, en multa de un mil a quinientos mil pesos e interdicción de derechos y funciones públicas de uno (1) a cinco (5) años.
