La distribución, mercadeo y transporte del azúcar en las zonas costaneras y f ronterizas será supervisados por los Alcaldes Municipales. Tales funcionarios además, están autorizados para vigilar y controlar el mercadeo y venta del azúcar en las áreas a que se refiere el presente artículo.
