Concluido el término de ocho días de que habla el artículo anterior, el Gobernador dictará su resolución definitiva, y después de notificar ésta al sumario ó sumariados, la remitirá en consulta al Ministerio de Guerra, según lo determinado en los artículos 4, 6 y 10 de la Ley 13 citada.
