En aquellos Departamentos en que la vigilancia y la recaudación de la renta de licores se haga por los mismos empleados que vigilan y recaudan las demás rentas departamentales, el computo de los gastos imputables a la renta de licores por estos conceptos, se hará proporcionalmente al monto del producido de cada una de las rentas que vigilan y recaudan tales empleados.
