Art. 15. Siempre que entregados por la Aduana los bultos, pesados, marcados i sellados, no se presentaren dentro del término que el Poder Ejecutivo señale, en la oficina de comercio del puerto para el cual se pidió la guia, se cobrará por la Aduana I como derecho cuasado de contado, el importe de los derechos del bulto o bultos a razon de diez i seis reales la libra.
