Las entidades pagadoras de pensiones a las cuales hubiere estado afiliado o empleado el beneficiario del bono pensional, tendrán la obligación de contribuir a la entidad emisora del bono pensional, con la cuota parte correspondiente.
El factor de la cuota parte será igual al tiempo aportado o servido en cada entidad, dividido por el tiempo total de cotizaciones y servicios reconocido para el cálculo del bono.
