Los Oficiales de que trata el artículo anterior no son de actividad, y por tanto no podrán ascender dentro de la Jerarquía Militar, pero tendrán derecho a vestir el uniforme, al pago de todos los haberes correspondientes a su grado, y al reconocimiento de las prestaciones sociales por causa de incapacidad adquirida en el servicio, de acuerdo con el Reglamento de Incapacidades, Invalideces e Indemnizaciones, ya disfrutar de los servicios de que tratan los artículos 79, 80 y 82.
